The accomodation
In the heart of the mountains, far from human settlements and roads, lies a beautiful summer pasture from the late 1700s, renowned for its natural beauty.
Here, you have the chance to stay if you want to escape the stress of everyday life and experience peace and quiet. A paradise for anyone longing to get “back to nature.”
Great fishing is available in both the Foskan stream and the Ståltjärnarna lakes.
There is no livestock on the pasture today.
You’ll stay comfortably without modern conveniences like electricity or running water, but a cold spring flows through the pasture and also serves as a natural refrigerator.
Cooking is done on a wood-burning stove or gas cooker. The cottages are equipped with most kitchen essentials, as well as duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels are also available for rent.
You can rent the Lillstugan (the small cottage for 2 people), the Storstugan (the large cottage for 7 people), or both.
