Information on the Processing of Personal Data for Renbiten Customers
On May 25, 2018, the new EU directive GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into effect.
The GDPR gives you better control over what personal data companies and organizations hold about you and how that data may be used. It is important to us that you feel safe contacting us.
We only use your personal data—such as your name, phone number, email, etc.—to respond to your inquiries or orders. This information is never shared with third parties, except for essential details that may be passed on to our partners, such as hotels and other guide companies, in order to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer.
Right to Request Information
As our customer, you always have the right to know who is responsible for your personal data, why it is being collected, how long it will be stored, and what it will be used for. Your personal data is always protected with us, and processing is carried out in accordance with current data protection regulations as well as our internal guidelines and procedures. You have the right to request information about which of your personal data is stored with Renbiten AB.
Where Do We Collect Personal Data From?
We only register and process information that you provide to us, for example when becoming our customer. We do not collect information about you from other sources.
### What Personal Data Do We Process and Why?
When you order products or book experiences with Renbiten, we will need your contact details to reach you regarding orders, returns, invoices, etc. We may therefore ask for your address, phone number, organization number (if applicable), and email address.
How Long Are Your Details Stored?
Your information is kept in our records for as long as you are our customer. If you choose to end your relationship with us, your data is stored for 7 years in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act. After that, your information is deleted.
Recipients We May Share Information With
Renbiten AB never shares your information, such as your phone number or address, with anyone who asks for it. When we send out group emails, such as invitations or newsletters, no recipients can see each other's email addresses.

If you believe any data we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected.
Erasure
In certain situations, you have the right to have your personal data deleted—for example, if processing is based on your consent and you withdraw that consent. However, this does not apply if we are legally required to retain the data.
