How proud we are!

The book that we have partly helped to create has been awarded Swedish Culinary Literature of the Year (Årets Svenska Måltidslitteratur)! Amazing!

The jury’s motivation reads:
"A void has been filled! At last we can see the richness of Sámi culinary treasures, from 'Gurpi' to 'Gáhkku', boiled down into a compact and flavourful volume of a somewhat historic character. Smak på Sápmi (Taste of Sápmi) has been named Swedish Culinary Literature of the Year."

We hope that many more will be inspired to experience the fantastic reindeer meat and to try other, lesser-known parts of the animal – not only renskav, fillet, and smoked shoulder.
