Renbiten Met Royalty

On 12 June 2019, Renbiten had the great honour of serving lunch to HRH Crown Princess Victoria and Princess Sofia at Fulufjället. Together with 200 other visitors, they hiked up to the world’s oldest tree, Old Tjikko, and to Njupeskär, Sweden’s highest waterfall.

The lunch included, among other dishes, sautéed reindeer with couch grass, lady’s mantle, and fireweed, suovas with pickled spruce shoots, and smoked Arctic char.
